Digital triage system

Description

For health issues digital triaging is used to guide the patient to the recommended level of care and to sort the queue that arises in contact with care. The digital triage guides the patient to self-care activities, or to contact primary care. The most urgent cases can be guided to contact 112. The sorting of the queue helps the healthcare personnel to manage the most urgent patients first. The digital tool is provided for the patient as a web application or as a downloadable app. Within the app it is possible to start a voice or video call and the patient can upload pictures.
