Description
Implementation of digital triage system that directs patients to the appropriate healthcare service, be it self-care advice, primary care, or, in urgent cases, emergency services (112). By sorting the queue based on urgency, the system helps healthcare personnel prioritize critical cases.
The digital triage system is available as a web application and a downloadable app. It allows patients to initiate voice or video calls and upload images for assessment and diagnosis. To ensure security and patient privacy, two-factor authentication is required. The digital triage system enhances patient guidance and optimizing healthcare workflow.
