Description

Implementation of digital triage system that directs patients to the appropriate healthcare service, be it self-care advice, primary care, or, in urgent cases, emergency services (112). By sorting the queue based on urgency, the system helps healthcare personnel prioritize critical cases.​

The digital triage system is available as a web application and a downloadable app. It allows patients to initiate voice or video calls and upload images for assessment and diagnosis. To ensure security and patient privacy, two-factor authentication is required. The digital triage system enhances patient guidance and optimizing healthcare workflow.
