Medical Device (leasing) Service delivers on time, well maintained and clean devices in the right number to nursery wards in the hospital. With the use of a hospital-wide Track&Trace (T&T) localisation system, most medical devices used at the nursery ward are localised. Because the T&T system is also coupled to the maintenance system (ULTIMO), the (cleaning and maintenance) status of the devices is also monitored. This technology enables logistic employees to equip the storage rooms of the ward with the agreed types and amount of equipment. Nurses know where the equipment is located for use.
